Because we believe parenting at Big Oak Ranch is a calling, our houseparents carry out that role full-time and dedicate their lives to helping children heal from past hurts and discover purpose for the future.

Due to the growing number of hurting children and our determination to provide them with a strong, loving family, we need the right parents to join our ministry. If you are a lover of Christ, desire to impact the lives of children, are called to full-time ministry, and are committed to being the change you want to see in this world, we would love to talk with you about joining our team.
